friendly staff large bathroom central location
the staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave great tips for local eats. my room had a large bathroom, and the shower worked great. i enjoyed the quiet, yet central location, it was good for exploring.

underwhelming stay due to noise and bar service
unfriendly bar manager disrupted everyday
the bar manager was unfriendly and unaccommodating i found it difficult to get drinks there on several evenings saturday night was the worst i asked for a drink at 10:40 pm after waiting the bar manager refused to serve saying it was too late and he was too busy it ruined the evening staff didn't seem too bothered i had been so disrupted everyday

Wonderful Garden Stay
wonderful decoration friendly staff
The room had wonderful decoration, I loved the shower design. The staff were very nice. They helped with every request with a smile. Breakfast included the essential items. I liked that the hotel wasn't within the busiest area, it was near all popular spots.
In the morning the room was stuffy. I needed to ask to have the air conditioning adjusted because the control panel did not work.

adequate stay, but some issues arose
faulty shower door disruptive noise
I found the shower door did not close properly. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor. the air conditioning could not be turned off. It kept restarting by itself. the noise from cleaning staff was disruptive since they began work early, around 8-9 in the morning.

inner garden comfortable bed friendly staff
The room had a lovely view of the inner garden (it was like a secret oasis!). The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and gave excellent local recommendations.
The soundproofing could have been a little better as I occasionally heard noise from the hallway.

helpful staff comfortable bed sewage smell maintenance issue
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for my nights count night stay. The location is convenient with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Green plants and a cozy atmosphere added positively to the experience.
There was a smell of sewage in the room each morning. I complained about this the first time and was told maintenance would address it. It happened again, I was told nothing could be done.
